Our Story So Far
2010
Kelly operates a successful mobile body scanning business in Australia using a competitor product. At this time, gyms weren’t tracking member health beyond scale weight, revealing a major opportunity in the market.
2011
Kelly and Ed meet and recognise the potential to revolutionise body composition tracking by making it digital, data-driven, and scalable.
2012
Early market testing, R&D, and algorithm development begin, laying the technical foundation for the Evolt ecosystem.
2015
Evolt is officially founded by Kelly Weideman and Ed Zouroudis.
2016
First Evolt 360 sold in Australia. Regulatory approvals granted – ARTG, CE, FDA.
2017
Evolt Active App v1.0 released. Development of BWI (Body Wellness Index) v1.0 begins. Partnership with HCF, Australia’s largest not-for-profit health fund.
2018
Evolt opens its USA office. New generation Evolt 360 released. Sales expand to nine countries. Evolt launches Calorie and Macronutrient Profile based off Scan results

Ed brings an impressive blend of experience and expertise tothe table, spanning over 25 years across various industriesincluding health and fitness, hospitality and event management.His role as CEO in multiple companies has enabled Ed to build his strategic and commercial leadership skills. Ed has earned a positive reputation within the sports andentertainment sector, thanks to his deep-rooted understandingof market dynamics, and has an extensive industry network.

Co-Founder & Chief Innovation Officer
Kelly is a trailblazer in the health and fitness industry, with over 20 years of experience in health, wellness, and body composition. Renowned for her ability to spot emerging trends and pioneer innovative solutions, she recognized the potential of mobile body scanning technology early, positioning herself at the forefront of industry advancement and driving the evolution of body composition analysis to make it more accessible and impactful.

As a highly effective and experienced Executive, Alex has built a 20 year career working in the FMCG and Services industries across Australia, England and Canada. Alex has been a key member of the Executive team at Evolt for three years, providing strategic guidance and expertise, as a key contributor to driving the company's growth and success.
