Understanding Your Evolt 360 Results Sheet

Clinical-Grade Body Composition Reporting
Your Evolt 360 Body Scan goes beyond surface-level measurements to deliver a clinically informed, data-rich picture of your body's true composition. Using validated Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA) technology, your scan captures and analyses key physiological markers including skeletal muscle mass, visceral fat, hydration levels and metabolic rate, comparing each result against medically based reference ranges specific to your age, height and gender. The result is a precise, personalised snapshot of your health that forms the foundation for smarter nutrition, targeted training and evidence-based supplementation.

Bio Age
Your Bio Age reflects the true biological age of your body based on internal health markers like muscle mass and body fat, rather than the number of years you have been alive. If your Bio Age comes in lower than your chronological age, your body is performing younger than the calendar suggests. If it sits higher, it is a valuable early signal to start prioritising muscle development, protein intake and body fat reduction before the gap widens further.

Visceral Fat Level
This is the fat you cannot see and cannot feel, stored deep inside the abdominal cavity around your vital organs. Someone can appear outwardly lean and still carry a dangerously high visceral fat level, which is why this metric matters so much. Scored between 1 and 20, a result of 1 to 9 sits within a balanced range. Beyond that, the associated risks of insulin resistance, glucose intolerance and type 2 diabetes become increasingly relevant.

BWI Score
The Bio-Wellness Index is a far more intelligent measure of body composition health than the long-outdated BMI. Rather than simply dividing your weight by your height, the BWI scores the quality of your weight out of 10 by assessing the ratio of lean body mass to fat mass relative to your age and gender. A higher score reflects a body composition that supports longevity, metabolic health and physical resilience.

Skeletal Muscle Mass
This is the muscle directly attached to your skeleton that powers every movement you make, from lifting weights to walking up stairs. Beyond performance, skeletal muscle mass is your metabolic engine. The more of it you carry, the more calories your body burns at rest, the better your body stores energy from carbohydrates, and the more protected you are against age-related decline, injury and disease.

Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR)
Your BMR is the number of calories your body burns to keep you alive while doing absolutely nothing. Breathing, circulation, cell repair and organ function all draw from this baseline. Knowing your exact BMR removes the guesswork from calorie planning entirely and reveals just how much fuel your body genuinely requires before any activity is factored in.

Segmental Analysis
Rather than viewing your body as a single unit, segmental analysis breaks it down into five distinct zones: left arm, right arm, torso, left leg and right leg. Each zone is measured individually for lean mass and fat mass, exposing muscular imbalances, dominant sides and areas where fat has accumulated disproportionately. It is the most granular and actionable view of your physical composition available without clinical imaging.
