Scanner is not turning ON

  • Ensure that the switch at the back of the scanner is flicked to the correct side.
  • Disconnect the power cable at the back of the scanner and on the power block.
  • Reconnect the power cable to the block and to the scanner. Make sure that the flat surface is facing upwards when connecting back to the Evolt Scanner. 
  • Connect to a different wall outlet or power strip. 
  • If you hear any sound or see lights from the vent, submit a ticket or contact Support
